Parramatta Yoga Time!

A group of children approached Miss Shruti and said ’ exercise ‘ whilst holding onto a yoga mat. Miss Shruti then got a yoga mat and encouraged everyone to put the yoga mat on the floor and participate in doing some easy yoga poses. After that we did some meditation such as breath in and out. With this activity children's improves emotional regulation and boosts children's self-esteem.
