Chinese New Year

At Little Bees Childcare we celebrated Chinese New Year on the 8th of Feb 2016. The children came in dressed up in beautiful traditional Chinese clothing. Other children dressed up at the centre using dress up clothing we had purchased from China. The children had so much fun learning about Chinese traditions. They participated in a number of different cooking experiences, art and craft activities, story telling and music and movement activities. The children enjoyed a delicious Chinese traditional lunch of Chicken fried rice and Vegetable fried rice and also chicken and vegeterian dumplings made by Miss Trang and the Jungle room children.
