Diwali Celebrations

We celebrated Diwali last week which is the also known as the "festival of lights". We decorated the rooms with lots of art work and decorations. Miss Babita and Miss Radha wore traditional Indian clothing and brought some in for staff to wear to help celebrate the event. They also did henna art on some of the children such as small flowers and patterns, the children enjoyed getting this done and couldn't wait to show mum and dad what they had. It was a great experience to celebrate Diwali at the centre and everyone that was involved enjoyed the week.
